Community Leader's Felicitation Ceremony at Ashadeep, Vidyanagar

Ashadeep Human Development Center, Vidyanagar, hosted a special event to honor community leaders. The program saw the participation of 55 grassroots leaders from various villages across Kheda and Anand districts. These leaders have been selflessly dedicated to serving their communities at the grassroots level, making significant contributions to social upliftment.

The event commenced with the recitation of the Preamble to the Constitution, setting a solemn and inspiring tone. Following this, videos showcasing the remarkable work of each leader in their respective areas were presented. The leaders were then felicitated by the Director of Ashadeep, John Kennedy, with shawls and certificates of honor, and by Assistant Director Hasmukh Christian, who presented commemorative gifts to acknowledge their efforts.

Dr. Raman Madhav and Alisa Ben Christy, conveners of Vanchit Vikas Sangathan, Borsad, and Thasra, graced the occasion and delivered insightful speeches, lauding the selfless efforts of the leaders.

Director John Kennedy, in his address, praised the leaders for their resilience and dedication, saying, “You all are like rivers, flowing tirelessly despite obstacles. Your altruistic nature and commitment to helping those in need are truly commendable. Encouraging and recognising such selfless service is essential to fostering this spirit of goodwill.”
