Two-Day Para-Legal Training Conducted at Ashadeep, Vidyanagar

A two-day para-legal training was successfully conducted at Ashadeep Human Development Centre, Vidyanagar, with the participation of Ashadeep Staff from Kheda and Anand districts.

On Day 1, Advocate Rameshbhai Parmar provided insights on:

✔ Criminal case procedures

✔ Legal provisions for women

✔ Processes involved in cases of sexual harassment

✔ Role of police, medical examination, and court proceedings

✔ Structure of the police and judicial system

On Day 2, Advocate Kantibhai Vankar, a practicing lawyer at Anand Court, covered:

✔ Legal guidance in land-related disputes

✔ Filing lawsuits: where and how

✔ Understanding new and old title conditions

✔ Details of the Ganotiya Act and property-related legal processes

This training aimed to empower social workers with legal knowledge, enabling them to better support communities in legal matters. The initiative was well-received, with participants gaining practical legal insights to assist in their social work.
